CHRISTMAS 2010

"Christmas in Bethlehem. The ancient dream: a cold, clear night made brilliant by a glorious star, the smell of incense, shepherds and wise men falling to their knees in adoration of the sweet baby, the incarnation of perfect love."

CHRISTMAS EVE

We spent the evening attending church, then having a nice meal at home with just our family. Then we "tried" to get the kids to bed early so Santa could come!

One of Ca
rter's favorite things to do is get all dressed up! He is wearing a new church outfit that he picked out!

Grammy stopped by for a few minutes on Christmas Eve, of course she let the kids open a present!

We had a
Wii Christmas this year. Grandpa Steve Johnson gave us a Wii last year for Christmas! We spent the year with the one remote and one game it came with, needless to say it wasn't used very much. The kids got two more remotes and four more games............now it is a huge hit!

The "Big" boys could have spent
the entire night playing the
Wii hunting game! Too much fun!

The best part of
Christmas.......Cousins!

Just dance kids
was one of Gracie's
favorite gifts,
as well as a big hit
with all the kids!

Gracie looked so pretty in her new sweater!

It wouldn't be a perfect day for Gracie without trying out her new electric scooter in the rain...good thing she got a new umbrella!

Carter couldn't let the day pass without
a little wrestling with his cousin!

The best part of Christmas for Janie... play make-up!

Carter got a
deer hunting game ~ he
loved it!
However..........I think the "big" boys"
had the most fun playing it!

Gracie was thrilled to get a HUGE Art set from Grammy!

Grammy can't keep her hands off
our newest addition to the family......
Joseph Bemjamin Due
ck.
Janie now names all her
babies/stuffed animals "Joseph!"

Santa is on Gracie's VERY GOOD list!
There was an electric scooter at

the very top of her list!
